As you read this, obscene amounts of plastic are making their way into the oceans – in total eight million tons a year or a trash truck full of plastic every minute. There is now so much of it, an area the size of France has formed in the Pacific Ocean. With no one paying attention to this catastrophe @ladbible, alongside the @plasticoceans foundation, is taking this country sized trash patch and turning it into the world’s 196th country – named the Trash Isles.
A small thing, but all of our stamps are packaged in an eco-friendly, vegetable-based cellulose protective sleeves.

This custom two color risograph stamp is an authorized reprint of a 1950s Hawaiian Philatelic Society poster stamp — proceeds benefitting youth philately in Hawaii. This stamp sheet is 5.5″ x 8.5″ and uses the 9-up horizontal format.

In his show, Trip of Love, Okawara conveys his joy of sharing love with people around the world. Okawara addresses the importance of direct eye-to-eye, face-to-face communications in the digital age in which we seem to simply exchange our thoughts and feelings over the Internet. Life is a journey to connect with each other through love.⠀
We also collaborated with Kentaro while he was in Portland on a signed, limited edition artist series stamp, which you can see and purchase.
